Responsible for overall site execution and supervision of interior works.
Understand and implement approved designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements.
Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise various interior works including carpentry, civil works, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, aluminium, and other finishing works.
Ensure quality of workmanship and materials as per approved standards and specifications.
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification for executed works.
Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, storage, and wastage.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site manpower.




Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Maintain proper site records, daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, manpower, material utilization, and productivity.
Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid site clashes and rework.
Ensure compliance with site safety, housekeeping, and project procedures.
Ensure the project is delivered within the agreed time, quality, and budget requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
