Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to manage property sourcing, lead generation, channel partners and broker networks. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing relationships and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate property leads through brokers, channel partners and direct sourcing.
Develop and maintain robust broker and channel partner relationships.
Identify current channel partners and expand the sourcing network.
Manage lead databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversion.
Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities.




Negotiate and coordinate with channel partners as per company policies.
Manage and achieve monthly sourcing and lead-generation targets.
Track lead status, conversions and performance through CRM/MIS.
Manage and guide the sourcing team to achieve targets.
Maintain regular market and competitor updates.

Required Skills
Residential real estate experience preferred.
Strong lead generation and sourcing skills.
Excellent broker and channel partner management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship management.
Team management and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Good understanding of the Navi Mumbai/Panvel real estate market.
