We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior KG Teacher & Coordinator to join our school team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Senior KG students and coordinating day-to-day student discipline, routines, and school activities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Senior KG students.
Create an interactive English-medium learning environment.
Encourage students to develop valuable communication, social, and behavioural skills.
Monitor and evaluate students' academic and overall development.
Maintain effective classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Coordinate student discipline and ensure compliance with school rules.
Supervise morning arrival, assembly, classroom transitions, playground activities, and dismissal.
Monitor student punctuality, uniform, behaviour, and communication standards.




Coordinate with teachers to handle student behavioural and discipline-related matters.
Ensure proper implementation of school policies and safety procedures.
Support the management in maintaining smooth day-to-day school operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in ECCE, B.Ed., or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in Kindergarten / Early Years teaching or school coordination preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain discipline in a firm, professional, and positive manner.
Good leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-organized personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
