Optometrist – Sales & Customer Service

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist with solid optical sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses based on customer needs.
Provide professional advice on eyewear and lens options.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.
Work closely with the optical sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Optometry.
Previous experience as an Optometrist in an optical retail workplace.
Sales experience in optical/eyewear is highly preferred.
Valuable communication, customer-handling and product knowledge.
Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹12,268.76 - ₹31,154.14 per month
