Role & responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
Updating existing clients on current features and product developments.
Documenting satisfied customer interactions.
Collecting customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Ensuring quality service by following organizational protocols.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
