We are a premier healthcare consultancy based in Bengaluru, currently seeking a results-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Hospital Planning & Management Division for a landmark project in Varanasi.

As a key member of our commissioning team, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of a world-class, patient-centered facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clinicians.
Optimize workflows, staffing, budgeting, and technology integration.
Overseeing pre-opening activities such as equipment planning and installation, systems testing, policy development, staff recruitment and training, and trial runs.
Ensure all clinical and support services are functional, secure, and compliant before launch.
Post-commissioning monitor performance, resolve gaps, and support continuous quality improvement to achieve productive, patient-centered, and sustainable hospital operations.
Support in Preparing NABH accreditation

Qualification: Post Graduate in Hospital Management / Administration

Experience: 2 - 4 years in Hospital Operation, Commssioning

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
