Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day injection moulding production activities.
Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor production targets, machine utilization, cycle times, and output.
Ensure injection moulding machines are operated according to approved process parameters.
Coordinate machine setting, mould changeover, and production start-up activities.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
Identify production issues, defects, and machine problems and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for corrective action.
Minimize rejection, material wastage, downtime, and production losses.
Ensure proper handling and availability of raw materials, moulds, and production tools.
Maintain production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and shift handover reports.




Train and guide machine operators on production processes, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety, SOPs, and quality standards on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth production.
Monitor housekeeping and ensure a secure and clean working workplace.
Conduct shift-wise production reviews and report issues to the Production Manager.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and machine efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
