Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Technical Support Engineers with solid AEM and Java experience to provide application support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and resolve customer incidents within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Java, CMS and AEM.
Perform JVM Heap Dump and Thread Dump Analysis.
Investigate application performance and technical issues.
Analyze, validate and troubleshoot application bugs.
Handle customer incidents and technical tickets within SLA.
Provide minor/trivial AEM fixes where required.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide effective technical solutions.




Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on complex technical issues.
Support testing of recent and enhanced product features.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
