We are looking for candidates with a solid foundation in civil engineering, quantity estimation and costing, with an interest in working on real-world construction, structural and retrofitting projects.
Key Skills:
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and perform accurate quantity take-offs.
Working knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, quantity sheets and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel for quantity calculations, rate sheets, concrete and steel quantities, areas and volumes.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading, preparing and modifying drawings.
Understanding of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), standard measurement units and IS 1200.
Willingness to visit project sites for measurements, verification, structural inspections and NDT-related activities.
Familiarity with DSR/CPWD rate analysis, ETABS or STAAD.Pro will be an advantage.
