Job Description

We are hiring a Cancellation & Refund Executive to handle customer cancellation and refund requests from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer cancellation and refund queries.
Verify booking details and required documents.
Explain cancellation terms, deductions, and refund timelines.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Management teams.
Follow up on approvals and pending cases.
Maintain case records in CRM and Excel.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely updates.
Track cases until final closure.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Real Estate,



or Cancellation & Refunds.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Solid customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Positive documentation and coordination skills.
English and Kannada communication required.
Graduation required.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
