Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, convert potential clients into projects, and drive revenue growth in the construction and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and close high-value sales enquiries for construction, architecture, interiors, and renovation projects.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
Develop effective sales strategies to improve business growth.
Coordinate with design, estimation,



and project teams for smooth client handovers.
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in construction, interiors, architecture, or related industries.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
