Store Manager – Nail Story (City Centre 1, Salt Lake)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a relationship-driven Store Manager with robust salon management roots to head our outlet at City Centre 1, Salt Lake. This branch caters to a loyal, trend-conscious neighborhood and college/corporate clientele. The ideal candidate will focus on repeat client retention, local community loyalty, and top-tier technical quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship & Appointment Retention: Build long-term relationships with regular clientele, handle VIP bookings, and oversee reactivation campaigns for past visitors via WhatsApp and calls.
Service Standards & Hygiene: Supervise technical nail artistry, pedicures, and lash services; ensure strict sterilization standards (autoclaves, disposable kits, clean workstations).
Staff Coaching & Morale: Manage nail artists and technicians, resolve inter-team bottlenecks, evaluate technical speed vs. quality, and conduct regular morning briefings.
Target Achievement: Monitor daily sales billing,



track Average Ticket Value (ATV), and motivate the team to achieve weekly/monthly revenue milestones.
Petty Cash & POS Billing: Oversee daily closing reports, register reconciliations, payment gateway settlements, and vendor coordination.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years in a supervisory or management capacity within the salon or beauty industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Robust command of salon CRM systems, appointment management, and customer lifecycle retention.
Deep familiarity with Salt Lake / North-East Kolkata salon customer expectations is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
