Core Role and Responsibilities :
Maintenance Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for mechanical, electrical, or utility systems (compressors, chillers, substations).
Root Cause Analysis Diagnose complex equipment failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent corrective actions.
Resource & Team Management Assign daily tasks to technicians, manage shift rosters, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee external contractors.
Spares Control Monitor critical spare parts, raise purchase requisitions, and manage inventory.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations maintain housekeeping standards (5S/TPM), and ensure statutory compliance.
Maintain equipment history logs, calibration records, and assist seniors with maintenance budget tracking and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills :
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Robust analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and crisis management.
Troubleshooting PLC/SCADA systems,
