We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards.
