· Should manage daily operations, student discipline, safety, and general welfare within a residential facility

· Monitor student attendance, leave applications, and entry/exit logs for arrivals and departures

· Coordinate daily routines from morning wake-up calls to strict bedtime hours

· Enforce Hostel Rules and Regulations to maintain a peaceful, protected, and ragging-free environment.

· Monitor entry and exit points to block unauthorized visitors and maintain campus security.

· Report responsible misconduct, rule violations, or safety hazards to higher administrative authorities.

· Care for sick residents, provide basic first aid, and coordinate emergency medical responses.

· Communicate directly with parents or guardians regarding student health issues or behavioral concerns.





· Act as a mentor and guide to help students adjust to residential and academic life.

· Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure dormitories, restrooms, and common areas stay clean.

· Inspect mess operations, check food quality and hygiene, and address dining grievances.

· Oversee facility upkeep, reporting maintenance needs like plumbing or electrical repairs promptly.

· Any other work as assigned by the management

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mysuru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
