Job Summary – Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage our immigration and overseas career services branch. It is mandatory that the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Canada immigration and PR pathways, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), and other immigration programs.

The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading the sales and immigration counselling team, handling client consultations, monitoring leads and conversions, achieving branch targets, and ensuring a high standard of client service.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in branch management, immigration consultancy, sales, or related fields
Strong knowledge of Canada PR and immigration processes
Valuable understanding of Express Entry, PNP,



and other Canadian immigration pathways
Ability to assess client profiles and identify suitable immigration options
Experience in team handling, lead management, counselling, and sales conversion
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to achieve targets and manage overall branch performance
Knowledge of documentation and application procedures will be an advantage
