US Compliance Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities
Manage US HR and staffing compliance, including onboarding, I-9, E-Verify, background checks, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with US labor laws, worker classification, and client-specific requirements.
Handle compliance activities on VMS/MSP platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Magnit.
Maintain audit-ready records and support client and regulatory audits.
Track work authorizations, certifications, and compliance deadlines.

Requirements
6+ years of US HR Compliance experience in the staffing industry.
Solid knowledge of US employment laws and client compliance.
Experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, Workday, Ceipal, or Bullhorn.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
