We are looking for a presentable, friendly, and well-communicating Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors at the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic information.
Maintain visitor and customer records.
Coordinate with sales and other departments for customer assistance.
Manage reception area and ensure a skilled showroom experience.
Perform basic administrative and front-office duties.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant and presentable personality.
Customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates living near Malappuram / Melmuri / Konompara are preferred.
