About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer Trainee who has a strong interest in mobile app development and hands-on knowledge of Flutter. Candidates who have already completed a Flutter internship are eligible to apply.
The selected candidate will undergo a 2-month training period on a stipend basis, followed by an opportunity for a Full time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Work with the development team to build and enhance app features.
Write clean, reusable, and effective code.
Integrate APIs and work with backend services.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
Test applications and fix bugs.
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement UI/UX requirements.
Learn and follow industry-standard development practices.
Requirements
Solid understanding of Flutter and Dart fundamentals.
Candidates who have already completed a Flutter internship are eligible.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
Understanding of mobile application development concepts.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub is a plus.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a professional development environment.
Training & Conversion
2 months of training on a stipend basis.
After successful completion of the training, candidates may be offered a Full-Time position based on performance.
Full-Time conversion will be subject to performance evaluation during the training period.
Eligibility
Candidates with prior Flutter internship experience are eligible to apply.
Freshers with relevant hands-on project/internship experience may also be considered.
Candidates must be available to work on-site in Indore.
