Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Coordinator – Civil to coordinate daily construction activities and ensure smooth communication between site teams, contractors, engineers, and management.

Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities follow the project schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and suppliers.
Monitor manpower and material requirements.
Follow up on pending site activities and requirements.
Assist in maintaining construction quality and safety standards.
Communicate site updates and progress to the concerned teams.
Identify and report site-related issues for timely resolution.




Maintain proper site records and progress updates.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
Valuable knowledge of construction site activities.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Positive follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Experienced candidates will be preferred.
