Process Shift In-Charge – Distillery & Ethanol Manufacturing
Supervise and manage complete shift operations of the distillery and ethanol manufacturing process to ensure secure, reliable and continuous production.
Monitor and control fermentation, distillation, rectification, dehydration and ethanol recovery processes as applicable.
Maintain critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, vacuum, pH and steam within prescribed limits.
Ensure optimum production, ethanol recovery, yield and product quality as per defined standards.
Monitor DCS/PLC operations and coordinate with field operators for timely identification and rectification of process deviations.
Allocate manpower and effectively supervise operators and shift personnel, ensuring proper shift handover and discipline.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical,



Instrumentation, Utility and Quality teams for smooth plant operation and breakdown resolution.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, PPE requirements, permit-to-work systems and statutory requirements.
Maintain shift production records, process logs, equipment status, consumption details and report abnormalities to the Production Head.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives for improving productivity, energy efficiency, reducing process losses and maintaining valuable housekeeping.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
