Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Manage table allocation, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
Handle guest reservations and reservation-related calls.
Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and the Restaurant Manager for smooth guest flow.
Provide guests with information about the menu, offers, and restaurant services.
Handle guest queries and requests politely and efficiently.
Assist in managing VIP guests, special occasions, and guest preferences.
Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception/entrance area.
Ensure proper coordination between the front-of-house and service team.
Collect and communicate guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and hospitality etiquette.
Support the team during peak hours and ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
