Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry, preferably with strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, coordination and project controls.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programmes and detailed execution plans.
Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly construction schedules and progress reports.
Track actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays, critical activities and project risks.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans and catch-up programmes.
Coordinate with Project, Design, QS, Procurement, MEP and Site teams for timely project execution.
Monitor manpower, material and resource requirements against project schedules.




Analyse project progress and prepare MIS reports and management updates.
Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in EOT claims, delay analysis and extension-of-time documentation.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within approved timelines.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Around 10 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls.
Robust experience in high-rise construction projects preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project scheduling.
Good knowledge of progress monitoring, critical path analysis and delay management.
Solid coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
Candidates with experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
