We are Hiring: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to head our finance and accounts department at our Thodupuzha plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations - AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports to management
Oversee product costing, raw material costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing cost control
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management
Ensure 100% statutory compliance - GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, ROC filings, PF/ESI
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks




Manage and mentor the accounts team and improve financial SOPs & internal controls

Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA Inter or Qualified
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Accounting & Finance. Experience in a Manufacturing Company is MANDATORY. Experience in Cable / Electrical / Wire manufacturing will be a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP and Advanced MS Excel
Robust knowledge of GST, Taxation, and Indian Accounting Standards
Positive leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Thodupuzha, Kerala
