Key Responsibilities
Lesson Support: Help prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and daily lesson plans.
Student Guidance: Work with small groups or individual students who need extra help.
Classroom Management: Supervise children during breaks, lunch, or extracurricular activities and maintain a safe setting.
Progress Tracking: Observe student behavior, grade straightforward assignments, and keep daily records.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Usually requires a high school diploma, though many local schools and preschools prefer a bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECE/B.Ed).
Skills: Patience, explicit communication, and the ability to work well in a team.
