About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert who can take ownership of FLP’s digital marketing and, most importantly, build a predictable lead-generation engine.

You will have the freedom to identify the right channels, strategies, campaigns, creatives, and funnels that can generate quality student/parent leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing & lead-generation strategy for FLP.
Identify the best channels for acquiring students and parents.
Plan, launch and optimize paid and organic campaigns.
Build and improve lead-generation funnels and landing-page journeys.
Analyze campaign performance, CPL, lead quality and conversions.
Experiment with different audiences, creatives, offers and campaigns.
Work closely with the BDA/Sales team to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.
Track marketing data and provide clear weekly performance insights.




Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools and acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, analytics and conversion optimization.
Data-driven mindset with a robust focus on results and ROI.
Ability to independently develop and execute marketing strategies.
Strong experimentation and problem-solving skills.
Proven EdTech/Education marketing experience is a major plus.
