We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to help ensure everything related to IndiaZone meets our quality standards before and after it goes live.
Responsibilities:
Review posters, videos, and marketing materials.
Check website pages, registration forms, and subscription flows.
Test links, buttons, and QR codes.
Identify errors and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
Monitor customer feedback and report quality issues.
Requirements:
Solid attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam.
Ability to spot mistakes and follow up until they're resolved.
Freshers are welcome.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
