JD for the profile:

1 Maintenance Fitter is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing various machinery and equipment in the plant.

2 He will have to be capable to do troubleshooting and diagnosing faults and breakdown.

3 Performing Preventive and corrective maintenance on all machines.

4 Operating Machines and equipment such as Pedestal drill, grinders, welding machine, gear box assembly, Pump assembly, and knowledge of bearings.

5 Using welding equipment and hand tools like ball-peen hammer, hack saw, steel ruler, grinding machine & cutting machine during the maintenance work.

6 Performing regular maintenance checks .





7 Identifying system malfunctions and rectifying the same

8 Adhering to the safety guidelines and industry standards at all times .

9 Assembling, and disassembling metal parts and tools as and when required .

10 Install and service motors, pumps and heat exchangers; repair and replace bearings, seals, belts and Pneumatic Cylinder.

11 Use power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, hydraulic tools, and other equipment .

12 Ability to Work in Shifts.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
