Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architect HOD – Working & Execution to lead architectural working drawings, project execution, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing projects from design development through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the architectural working and execution team.
Prepare and review detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Ensure drawings and site execution are aligned with approved designs and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Review project progress, quality, timelines, and workmanship.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for design clarifications and approvals.




Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Guide junior architects and team members and maintain technical standards.
Identify and resolve design, drawing, and execution challenges effectively.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
Excellent understanding of site execution and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit and other design software is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.
Valuable knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building standards.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
