JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES ADVISOR

Position: Sales Advisor

Position Details
Gender: Male / Female
Education: Graduate
Age: 20–30 Years
Experience: 0–5 years in the retail industry, preferably from Apparels, Hospitality, Jewelry, or Cosmetics
Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi

Key Responsibilities
Possess a charismatic and pleasing personality and assist customers with their buying choices.
Apply academic and styling knowledge to assist customers.
Understand customer needs, tastes, and preferences and guide them accordingly.
Assist customers in decision-making and successfully convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Pleasantly greet walk-in customers and assist them at the respective counter.
Demonstrate strong customer-handling skills and convert opportunities into sales.




Build solid customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints and grievances effectively.
Provide effective pre-sale and post-sale assistance to maximize customer satisfaction.

Other Requirements
Trustworthy, with impeccable integrity and sound work ethics.
Agile personality with excellent communication and people skills.
Should have positive references.
Should be able to travel to the work location within 30 minutes.
