Customer Service:
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
Resolve guest issues and find solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage Appointment, guest registration.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and functional.
Handle cash handling and financial transactions.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage inventory.
Process invoices and payments.
Prepare reports and analyze data

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
