Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for nursing students and staff as per the prescribed curriculum and hospital requirements.
Supervise students during clinical postings, ensuring proper patient care, nursing procedures, and adherence to safety standards.
Demonstrate and evaluate nursing procedures, clinical skills, and patient-care practices.
Assess students’ clinical performance and provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement.
Coordinate with nursing faculty and hospital departments for effective clinical training and student postings.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection-control practices, NABH standards, and nursing procedures.
Maintain records of clinical attendance, skill assessments, competencies, and student performance.
Support orientation, induction, skill-lab training, and continuing education programmes for nursing students and staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
