Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for Healthcare/Hospital Administration.
Experience in hospital billing or insurance billing preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process emergency patient bills accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance/TPA teams, and patients regarding billing.
Verify charges, payments, deposits, and insurance details.
Handle discharge billing and ensure timely bill clearance.
Maintain accurate billing records and follow hospital billing procedures.
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of hospital/emergency billing and insurance/TPA processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
