We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging HR-related classes and helping students develop practical knowledge and career-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct HR classes for students through practical and interactive teaching methods.
Cover topics such as HR Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Employee Relations.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and learning materials.
Conduct practical sessions, activities, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Provide career guidance and industry-oriented knowledge to students.




Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
Stay updated with current HR practices, tools, and industry trends.
Support webinars, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Relevant teaching/training or industry experience in HR.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Valuable knowledge of practical HR processes and current industry practices.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
