We are hiring Business Development Executive to join our team .

Job Location : Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and other sales channels.
Identify potential residential and commercial customers interested in solar energy solutions.
Visit customers at their homes, offices, and project locations to understand their requirements.
Explain solar products, system advantages, pricing, savings, and available subsidy options to customers.
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and feasibility assessments.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers in coordination with the concerned team.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
Coordinate with the project, technical, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth customer onboarding and project execution.




Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.
Submit daily and monthly sales reports to the Reporting Manager.
Monitor competitor activities and market prospects in the assigned area.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or customer acquisition.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel to sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
