Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head – Sales & Marketing to oversee sales and marketing activities across all states in India. The candidate will be responsible for improving product sales, developing dealer networks, analysing market opportunities and coordinating sales and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies across different states in India.
Take responsibility for improving product sales and achieving sales targets.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business prospects, market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
Develop, appoint and maintain robust relationships with dealers and distributors.
Monitor dealer-wise sales performance and support dealers in achieving their targets.
Identify current dealers and expand the company's dealer network across different states.
Coordinate with dealers regarding product requirements, orders, pricing and delivery schedules.
Coordinate closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
Monitor order processing, dispatch and delivery status.
Resolve sales,



dealer and logistics-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.
Conduct regular market and dealer visits for business development.
Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports and performance reports for management.
Monitor state-wise and dealer-wise sales performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
Support the development of current markets and expansion of the company's business presence across India.
Travel to different states as required for dealer meetings, market development and business expansion.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in Sales & Marketing, Dealer Management and Business Development.
Strong understanding of market analysis and product sales strategies.
Experience in developing and managing dealer/distributor networks.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Knowledge of logistics and sales coordination will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per hour
