Position: Commis 1 – Indian Curry
Job Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years in Indian Curry Cuisine
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curry and Indian cuisine dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
Have positive knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, sauces, and curry preparations.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Assist in monitoring stock, storage, and wastage in the kitchen section.
Assist in menu preparation and new dish development.
Support CDP/DCDP and senior kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.




Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the assigned kitchen section.
Follow all standard recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation guidelines.

Requirements
Positive knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially Indian curry and gravy preparations.
1–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or fine-dining setup preferred.
Basic knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Immediate joiners preferred.
