Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Formulate and implement Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Secure Work Procedure before initiating any operational activity.
Perform routine checks and surprise audits on machinery, construction equipment, and tools according as per Tata Steel Standards (TSL).
Ensure 100% appropriate and compliant deployment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tailored to specific jobs.
Deliver daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and job-specific briefings to workers and supervisors.
Facilitate safety induction training for current workforces entering the plant premises.
Organise safety awareness and motivational safety campaigns.
Investigate near-misses, property damage, and accidents to discover root causes and outline corrective actions.
Maintain accurate registers for site incident history, medical records, daily TBT attendance, and safety logs.
Preparing CSM documentations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
