We are looking for a qualified, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to be the face of Resilience Fitness Club. If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about fitness, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
Handle front desk operations, enquiries, and phone calls.
Assist prospective members with memberships and club information.
Schedule appointments and maintain member records.
Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive, approachable attitude.
Polite, confident, and qualified in speaking.




Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and strength training.
Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office/Google Workspace) is an added advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or the fitness industry is preferred but not mandatory.
