Position: Barista

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our café team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee and other beverages as per café standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation of beverages.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections.
Maintain proper coffee-making techniques and follow standard recipes.
Keep the bar and work area clean, organized and hygienic.
Check and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups and other ingredients.
Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures.




Minimize wastage and maintain portion control.
Handle customer feedback professionally.
Follow café hygiene, safety and operational SOPs.
Support the café team during busy hours and assist with other café operations when required.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar establishment.
Good knowledge of espresso-based and hot/cold beverages.
Basic knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, brewing and milk steaming.
Good customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced café workplace.
Well-groomed, punctual and hardworking.
Barista certification/training will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and café standards

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
