Service Supervisor & Service Advisor

Job Type: Full time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
Age: 20–40 years

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily workshop/service operations.
Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards, estimates and service documentation.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Monitor repair and service quality before vehicle delivery.
Explain service requirements and repair estimates to customers.
Handle customer queries and service-related complaints.
Coordinate with spare parts and workshop teams.
Monitor technician productivity and job progress.
Ensure proper workshop discipline,



safety and cleanliness.
Maintain service records and provide regular updates to customers.

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.
Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Good technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
