We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our machine tools shop. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day counter sales, assist customers with their requirements, and help keep our records and inventory in valuable order.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers at the counter and assist them in selecting the right machines and equipment
Maintain the counter sales database accurately and update it daily
Keep track of stock levels, receive incoming goods, and report shortages
Assist with billing, order follow-ups, and basic record keeping
Keep the shop organised and ensure products are properly arranged and labelled

Requirements
Basic computer skills (MS Excel or similar software for maintaining data)




Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
Ability to manage stock records with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in the mechanical line or knowledge of machine tools is preferred
