Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Nagpur (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Packaging / Corrugated Boxes / Printing / Manufacturing Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities. Generate leads and acquire current clients. Build and maintain robust client relationships. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close sales. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Maintain sales reports and customer records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience (Mandatory). Experience in packaging, printing, corrugated boxes, manufacturing, or industrial products preferred. Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
