Branch Manager – Indo European Study Abroad

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Industry Experience: Study Abroad experience is mandatory
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

Indo European Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and oversee the operations of its Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the study abroad industry, team management, student counselling, business development, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and performance of the Ludhiana branch.
Lead, motivate, and manage the counselling and sales team.
Drive branch revenue, admissions, and student conversion targets.
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes whenever required.
Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, applications, conversions, and team performance.
Develop strategies to generate current business and increase branch admissions.
Ensure effective handling and conversion of walk-ins, enquiries, and leads.
Monitor individual and team-wise targets and conduct regular performance reviews.




Train and guide team members to improve counselling and sales performance.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for applications, admissions, and visa-related processes.
Prepare regular branch performance reports and share updates with senior management.
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
Ensure the branch maintains high standards of student service and professional conduct.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
Study Abroad experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in branch management/team handling is preferred.
Strong understanding of international education, universities, courses, and admission processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, counselling, and business development skills.
Solid ability to achieve revenue and admission targets.
Good team-management and decision-making abilities.
Candidates who have handled an education/study-abroad branch will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
