Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads related to Credit Transfer, Study Abroad & Domestic Admissions
⁠Make outbound calls and understand students’ requirements
⁠Provide relevant information and coordinate with counsellors
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status
Convert enquiries into qualified leads/admissions
⁠Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets

Requirements
⁠Relevant experience in Telecalling / Education Consultancy is mandatory
⁠Experience in Credit Transfer, Study Abroad or Domestic Admissions will be an added advantage
⁠Excellent communication and convincing skills
⁠Solid follow-up and student-handling ability
⁠Target-oriented and self-motivate

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Salary: ₹18,000 + Incentives

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
