Online Platform Accounts Management
Independently manage financial transactions for multiple online platforms, including Shastha Online, Amazon, DoorDash, Grubhub, Walmart, Target, Amazon Canada, Shastha Canada, and Walmart Canada.
Maintain accurate records of all platform-related income and expenses.
Monitor account activities, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
Work closely with internal teams to track sales revenue, refunds, and chargebacks.
Freight Accounts Management
Handle all freight-related financial activities, including entries, bank reconciliation, costing, and obtaining freight quotes.
Update books with accurate shipping costs and reconcile freight invoices.
Ensure proper documentation of shipping transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize cost-effective shipping solutions.
Financial Reconciliation & Reporting




Perform regular bank reconciliations to match platform transactions with bank statements.
Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements for online sales and freight expenses.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
Seasonal Inventory & Mango Shipments Management
Oversee the entire lifecycle of mango shipments, from inward receipt to final sale.
Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and tracking of all shipments.
Maintain accurate records of damaged goods and process claims if necessary.
Work with vendors, warehouse teams, and sales teams to streamline operations and minimize losses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
