Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience : 2 to 5 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements.
Monitor and control Inward Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Final Inspection.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.
Handle customer complaints using 8D, RCA, CAPA and Why-Why analysis.
Lead customer quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Drive Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives using 7QC tools.
Develop supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
Ensure calibration, laboratory management and product validation , Monitor KPIs: PPM, rejection,



rework and COPQ.
Robust technical understanding of machining, fabrication, assembly, welding, precision manufacturing and industrial equipment. Support recent product development and process validation.
Build team capability through training and competency management.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase to meet and full customer requirements.

· He will provide Quality Control related updates to Asst. Manager Q.C. .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
