NSB Bangalore is looking for energetic and result-oriented Admissions Counsellors / Senior Admissions Counsellors to join our admissions team for MBA and BBA programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents on programmes, eligibility, fees, careers and admission process.
Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
Guide students throughout the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions and admission activities.
Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, student recruitment or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
Comfortable working with CRM and digital communication tools.
Candidates with experience in MBA & BBA admissions will be preferred.
