We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-skilled Student Supporter / Telecaller to join our team.
Eligibility:*
Degree qualification required
Minimum 1 year of experience* in telecalling / student counselling / customer support
Excellent telephone communication skills
Fluent in English & Malayalam
Ability to handle student and parent calls professionally
Productive in managing multiple calls and follow-ups
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
Communicate with students and parents
Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Update call details and follow-up status
Support the admissions and counselling team

*Salary:15000/ Per Month
