Job Description – MIS Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with solid expertise in Advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, analysing data, maintaining databases, and providing accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Maintain and update various data sheets and databases.
Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
Work with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, conditional formatting, charts, etc.
Analyse data and identify trends, discrepancies, and variances.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.




Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data.
Generate customized reports as required by management.
Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support management with relevant data and insights for decision-making.

Required Skills:
2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Reporting.
Robust proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Power BI / Google Sheets will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
